Integrative Dental & Aesthetics

Brief:

Build a modern dental surgery located in the prestigious commercial suites of Tower 1 Westfield Bondi Junction.
These clients had a holistic approach to dental treatment, which meant that they wanted space on site for other Allied Health Clinicians (such as an Osteopath and a Speech Pathologist)
Clients wanted a design that would convey warmth and reflect thier personality.

Obstacles:

Dealing with the strict regulations and bureaucracy of Scentre Group (who own Westfield): we had to co-ordinate with a number of Scentre Group personnel and provide an extensive volume of documentation detailing our plans / processes / projected outcomes / compliances with Council etc.
Our trades people had to work within Scentre Group rules eg: rules on noise, access, rubbish removal etc; daytime noise restrictions – quiet works only; liaise with neighbours to ensure minimal disturbance.

Achievements:

Helped our clients to achieve their goal of providing a modern surgery that facilitates their holistic approach to dental treatment.
We worked closely with the clients on the design, especially in the reception area, to create a space that is warm and welcoming and showcases personal touches such as the wall feature they made.
