What services do you offer?
Dental Fitout Projects is a one-stop shop for the design and construction of your dream dental practice.
We have in-house Designers and Project Managers to see the project from conception to completion, and work with a trusted team of experience trades people to get the job done. We liaise with landlords to ensure that projects will comply with strata requirements and local councils for compliances and certifications.
How long does it take to complete a fitout?
There are several stages of the fitout process.
First, we meet with you to discuss your ideas. Some clients may already have a site procured at this stage, and it is important to thoroughly investigate the site to see if it is fit for purpose: for example, is the site big enough? Does is have adequate drainage, parking, access etc?
When the preliminaries have been established, you will meet with our in-house designer who will use their expertise to bring your ideas to life with a personalised design that is both stylish and functional.
We then work on a budget and schedule for your project. The budget is always signed off by the client prior to the start of works, so no billing surprises!
The next stage is the often-complex world of regulatory compliance. Dental Fitout Projects is experienced in working with landlords, strata, local councils and government at all stages of the project to ensure that our works are compliant, approved and certified.
The actual build stage of the project usually takes about 6 – 8 weeks, depending on the size of the site. There can be variables along the way – including the incorporation of last-minute requests from clients! – but a well-planned project run by an experienced Project Manager is the best method to keep a project on schedule.
Our connection with our clients does not end with the hand-over of a project. We offer a three-week defect-rectification period on completion of the project, which gives you a chance to check your new practice for any glitches while it is fully operational.
We nurture our connection with our clients post-construction, being available to advise, rectify defects and often look at working on their next projects.
For further peace of mind, we offer a five year guarantee on our works (materials and parts are subject to supplier warranties).
Can you help with regulatory compliance?
Regulatory compliance can be a difficult area to navigate. It is vital to be up-to-date with new regulations and fully conversant in the process.
Dental Fitout Projects will handle all stages of this process for you.
We have the knowledge and expertise to ensure that submissions are compliant with landlord / strata requirements and state / council legislations and regulations and will process all necessary forms and documents so that works will be approved and certified by your local council.

We offer a five year guarantee on our works, with materials and fittings subject to the relevant supplier warranties.
