Obstacles:

Working with Strata can be a challenge for tenants and builders. There can be several interested parties such as the Strata Manager and Building Manager, in addition to the standard Owner and / or Tenant and Council. This can mean an increase in regulations, paperwork and lodgements. As a company, we need to quickly identify all relevant parties, determine their requirements and maintain consistent communication with all involved to ensure the project progresses quickly and efficiently.
